University Merit Awards »
Coastal Carolina University is committed to the highest standards of academic excellence and recognizes outstanding freshmen and transfer students through the merit scholarship program. New, incoming undergraduate students are eligible for automatic consideration if accepted by published priority admission dates.
South Carolina Lottery Scholarships »
Eligible South Carolina residents may also be eligible for scholarships from the State of South Carolina. Both new and continuing students will be automatically considered for SC LIFE and SC Hope scholarships. Students applying for the SC Palmetto Fellows Scholarship need to consult their high school guidance office.
Application-based Scholarships »
Each year both newly accepted and continuing students will be eligible to apply for Application-based Scholarships. Coastal Carolina University, the Coastal Educational Foundation, and the Horry County Higher Education uses an online scholarship application to match students to scholarships.
