Leadership Opportunities

The Wall College of Business offers premier leadership programs geared toward training students to be successful business and community leaders. 

The Brown Scholars and Interns are a group of select CCU students who mentor local high school student and help them develop the life, entrepreneurship and leadership skills they need to succeed in academia and throughout their careers. The Brown Scholars work for the Each 1 Teach 1 Entrepreneurship Institute, a mentoring and leadership skills development program for local youth. The Community and Business Engagement Institute (CoBE) is a student-led organization that bridges the gap between the classroom and workplace experience by pairing the top undergraduate talent from the Wall college of Business with real-life business consulting projects. Students selected for this program will receive instruction and mentorship as they gain real-world practical experience that will develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills while producing and providing high-quality solutions to real business clients. The Student Executive Leaders Program (SEL) consists of students selected to be role models for the business student body. Students in this program will have direct input in various Wall college programs and initiatives, will have the opportunity to network and create connections with the Wall College Board of Visitors (BOV) and have access to special BOV scholarship opportunities. The Wall Fellows Program prepares high-achieving CCU students of all majors for top-level careers in major U.S. and international organizations. The very selective two-year program bridges the training and experience gap in the undergraduate education of students. Students in this program will take courses that cover professional development skills, including interpersonal and communication skills, ethics, business and social etiquette, and cross-cultural skills.
