• The Registration/Information Desk is located in the 2nd floor lobby of Penny Hall (just by the elevators and Room 211).

LOCATION HIGHLIGHTS

• Penny Hall:  Registration, concurrent sessions, the student research contest, and the programming contest events. 
  • Programming Contest Participants: 
    • Programming Contest Rooms:  Penny 239 & 240
    • Judges:  Penny 241
    • Friday Pizza Party:  Penny 1st Floor Lobby
    • Saturday Extra Team Rooms:  Penny 214, 215, 216, and 217
    • Saturday Student Boxed Lunch Delivery:  Penny 215  (Please do not eat in rooms 214, 216 or 217).  1st Floor Lobby, 2nd Floor Lobby, 3rd Floor Lobby and Room 215 are fine.  We also have a roof-top deck with tables on the 3rd Floor.  
    • Printing:  Penny 215
• HTC Center:  The Presenter's Luncheon (2nd floor - LeForce Suite)
  • The shuttle will take participants on Friday, but it is also a short walk from Penny Hall (~ 5 mins | 1/4 mile | 1,300 ft)
• Wall Building:  Friday Keynote (1:00 p.m.) and the ChatGPT Panel (Friday 2:30 p.m.)
  • The Wall Building is located next to Penny Hall.
• Atheneum Hall:  Friday Banquet Address (6:30 p.m.), Saturday Luncheon (12:30 p.m.), and Saturday Awards Ceremony (1:30 p.m.)
  • The shuttle will take participants on Friday, but it is also not too far of a walk from Penny Hall (~7 mins | 0.368 mi | ~2,000 ft). 
  • On Saturday, participants can park at Penny and then drive over to Atheneum Hall (and leave the conference from there) or walk from Penny Hall.

PARKING & TRANSPORTATION

• FRIDAY ONLY
  • CONFERENCE SHUTTLE
    • We have secured a University shuttle (look for the trolley marked for the conference) EXCLUSIVELY for our event. The shuttle will run from 10:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. to all conference locations.  (See schedule below.)
  • FAIRFIELD INN GUESTS
    • The conference shuttle will make regular stops to the Fairfield Inn. (See schedule below). 
    • It is not recommended to drive to and park on campus (the hotel is actually closer to our location.)
  • DRIVING TO CAMPUS & PARKING
    • Parking is limited on campus during the day on Friday and the lots adjacent to our events are closed until they lift the gates at 5:00 p.m.
    • Parking will be in the YY Lot as indicated on the University map. 
    • The address for the YY Lot is 1133 SC-544, Conway, SC
    • The conference shuttle will make regular stops to the YY Lot. (See schedule below.)
    • After 5:00 p.m., you will have the opportunity to move your car to the parking lots adjacent to the Banquet Address and Programming Contest Practice locations, if preferred. 
      • B Lot and C Lot are adjacent to Penny Hall.  GG Lot is near Penny Hall and can be used for overflow, if necessary.
      • J Lot and guest street parking are adjacent to Atheneum Hall.
  • DROP-OFF ADDRESS
    • Penny Hall is located at 115 Chanticleer Drive East. 
      
      
• SATURDAY ONLY
  • There is no shuttle service to any location on Saturday.  Please drive to and park on campus. 
  • The lots adjacent to Penny Hall are B Lot and C Lot.  
  • The next-closest lot is HH Lot (just diagonally across the street from Penny Hall).
  • Additional Overflow parking for Penny Hall can be found in GG Lot 
  • Saturday Luncheon and Award Ceremony:  The J lot is adjacent to Atheneum Hall.  There is also guest street parking.  You'll have an opportunity to move your car to the lot adjacent to the Saturday Luncheon and Awards Ceremony, if preferred.
