“My experience at Coastal wouldn’t have been the same without University College. The faculty of the Honors Program really pushed me to tap into my leadership potential by hiring me as an Honors Research Fellow. With the help of the advising team, I’ll be completing my degree in only three years. The faculty all worked together to make sure there were no unnecessary stresses surrounding my academics.”

“The interdisciplinary studies program within University College has given me the opportunity to put together an academic degree that touches upon a little bit of everything at Coastal Carolina University. It has helped me to become a well-rounded student. I really enjoy the outdoors and plan to pursue a career in conservation science and land management. The faculty has been great to work with, and the entire campus community has become like family to me. I come from a single-parent home. The academic scholarship support I receive from Coastal has allowed me to earn a really, really solid education and is something I definitely do not take for granted.”
