Welcome New Faculty
The Office of Professional Development, welcomes you to Coastal Carolina University. As your faculty development center, we are here to help you transition into your faculty role at CCU, and to provide professional development throughout your career related to teaching, research and service. The Office of Professional Development provides the following orientations and sessions for new faculty. The orientations are designed to introduce you to Coastal Carolina University and provide you with information and resources on campus that will contribute to your success and the success of your students.
New Faculty Orientation Spring 2024
New Faculty Orientation Saturday, January 6 (for all new faculty)
The Spring New Faculty Orientation (NFO) hosted by the Office of Professional Development, is open to all newly hired, faculty. NFO is designed to launch careers of new faculty by introducing you to CCU. Highlights include networking with new colleagues, Q&A with the president or provost, new faculty class picture, and other useful topics.
