Jennifer, born in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, in 1984, was a woman of boundless energy and unwavering commitment to service. She embarked on her journey of impacting lives early on, graduating from Myrtle Beach High School in 2002, where she first discovered her passion for serving others as President of her Interact Club, championing the motto "Service Above Self".  Following her high school years, Jennifer pursued her academic endeavors at Coastal Carolina University, graduating in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. It was during her time at university that Jennifer's dedication to service flourished, setting the foundation for her future endeavors.

Inspired by her father's career path, Jennifer ventured into the realm of real estate, where she dedicated sixteen years of her life to helping others find their dream homes. Her genuine care and attention to her clients fostered lasting friendships, solidifying her reputation as a trusted Realtor within the community. Jennifer's contributions to the Coastal Carolina Association of Realtors were vast and impactful, earning her recognition as the CCAR Realtor Image Award winner in 2016. She wholeheartedly embraced leadership roles within the organization, serving as Vice-Chair and Chair for the Young Professional Network and contributing her talents to the Leadership CCAR program.  She also served as chair and vice-chair of Leadership Grand Strand (LGS).

Beyond her professional achievements, Jennifer cherished her role as a daughter, sister, and friend. Her love knew no bounds, and she invested wholeheartedly in nurturing relationships with those around her. Known for her radiant smile and vivacious personality, Jennifer's presence lit up any room she entered. She found solace and joy in the simple pleasures of life, whether it be basking in the sun at the beach, exploring the serenity of the Inlet, or cheering on her beloved Philadelphia Eagles.

Jennifer's legacy is one of love, kindness, and unwavering dedication to making a difference in the lives of others. Her impact will be felt for generations to come, as she leaves behind a community enriched by her boundless compassion and infectious zest for life. Jennifer passed away peacefully on February 23, 2022.
