WINNER: Teal Towne
Teal Towne is an approved 15,559+/- square foot upscale shopping center situated at the NW corner of Highway 544 and Jackson Bluff Road (signalized intersection). This proposed center is located in close proximity to the ever expanding Coastal Carolina University (CCU) as well as the recently constructed student housing project known as The Cove at Coastal Carolina. The site is highly visible and easily accessible with multiple points of ingress/egress. Teal Towne is currently under construction and will contain seven units for various retail shops with one end-cap unit with a drive thru and the other end-cap unit with an outdoor patio/deck. Projected delivery in the 3rd quarter of 2019. TICAM for 2019 is estimated to be $3.75/SF.
